U.R.G.E.’s most recent project aided David Reid by providing tuition assistance for the Promise Learning Centre.  The Promise Learning Centre is a Special Education institution, established in the year 1993, in Kingston Jamaica. It provides academic, technical and social training for children born with Autism and other learning disabilities.
